I like to move and make things happen.

Middle of nowhere Utah, 2012

I treasure inviting people to connect with themselves, with one another, with what is unnameable in creative ways… and letting the resulting work of art reveal its collective face to everyone involved in generating it. I consider myself an artist of the aggregate and I enjoy the process of dreaming new culture from within unique structures of engagement. I love the body - mine and ours together - and the way it is both concrete and suffused with the unseen. I like to sense myself in the big body of the whole world.

Formally, I completed the Comprehensive Training in the Hakomi Method of Experiential Psychotherapy in Boulder, graduated from the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego, and studied post-modern dance, Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, and creative research/improvisational performance intensively for many years with various teachers who all had a profound impact on my life as an artist, community member, and woman. Since then I have continued to dream up and lead various businesses, groups, organizations, and communities.

Take a look through my website to learn more about some of things I’ve engaged, past and present. And please reach out if there’s any way you’d like to engage now!
